Deliveries, Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

We are delivering our products mainly from European Union area. Deliveries include VAT in European area and UK. Deliveries typically take 5-15 days to Europe, but there may be some variation especially during holidays and special seasons. Customer is responsible for any possible customs related to the order or additional taxes outside European Union area.

We are shipping products worldwide with few exceptions (e.g. USA, Canada, China, Russia, Romania and Spain). In certain occasions we may deliver products also from Asia or USA if they are located closer to your delivery address.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalised products including name or other personal identification
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products which can be used immediately

Refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for shipping the product may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
